During my active sports career from 1987 to 1999 I was able to experience and to create the story of speed skiing .

After reaching a world record in Les Arc (France) in 1999 I reached the summit. Due to this success I decidet to find out alone (without the support and rules of an association) how fast you can ski.

Within my expedition "V-MAX" I improved my own record on a natural ski run in Lech am Arlberg (Austria) in 2002 and was able to ski 248,280km/h.

The development of the helmet "Emma" held a great fascination for me thanks to its acceleration an aerodynamics.
During this project I went to Nepal (Himalaya) and then back to Vars (France), where my attempt on the record was officially prohibited. Finally I got to La Parva in Chile. Trying to reach a new world record, I had a "nearly-crash" and because of this incidence I finished my career in September 2007.
