Hybrid is a trio of remixers, producers, and DJs based in the Welsh city of Swansea, known for their varied music. Hybrid's work includes artists from different ends of the musical spectrum, ranging from Julee Cruise to the 90-piece Russian Federal Orchestra. Hybrid recently served as the opening act on Moby's US tour.
Whether he's DJing, producing, remixing, recording, or teaching young hopefuls at the Red Bull Music Labs, Lorin Bassnectar is devoted to his first love: music. Under the alias Bassnectar, Lorin has a full-time touring schedule around the world, and when he' not touring, he's producing tunes for Virgin Music, Om Records, Amorphous Music, 6 Degrees Records, Golden Gate Recordings, Sinc Records, Ceiba Music, and BLESS Records.
