Between oppulence and horror
‘... from a picturesque country,’ the new exhibition in Salzburg’s Hangar-7, presents the works of ten young artists from Switzerland. One of them is Klodin Erb, who in her photographically staged pictures takes the observer to the thin line between opulence and horror.

Cliché hooray
"... aus einem malerischen Land" ("... from a picturesque country") is the title of the new HangART-7-Edition, which showcases young artists from Switzerland and which plays on idyll and ideal, kitsch and cliché.

A gallery of variations
If Massimo Bottura – “Ikarus” guest chef in April – hadn’t ended up a chef, he would most likely have opened a gallery. Both professions have a strong artistic component. When Bottura’s guests are served their food, it is indeed reminiscent of an exhibition of works of art.
